Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return at Veltrona Hub, your artisan asset must meet the following criteria: - The item must be in its original, unused condition as dispatched. - All premium packaging, authenticity certificates, and tags must be intact. - Proof of purchase (Receipt or Order ID) is required for verification.
2. Non-Returnable Custom Assets
Due to the bespoke nature of our craftsmanship, the following items are exempt from our standard return policy: - Personalized engravings or custom-built wood/leather assets. - Items marked as 'Bespoke Commission' or 'Final Archive Sale'. - Gift cards and downloadable digital design assets.
3. Inspection & Processing
Once your return is received at our primary facility, our quality control team will perform a detailed inspection. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method (Stripe/Bank) within 5-10 business days.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If an asset arrives damaged during transit, please initiate a claim within 48 hours. As a registered Mississippi LLC, we take full responsibility for logistics errors and will provide a priority replacement or full credit at no additional cost.
Initiate Return
To start a formal return request, please transmit your order details to our concierge desk. Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide shipping instructions to our Kentucky hub.
